Any organisation that wishes to become a legal identity under the incorporation act/associations act must have a Board of Management/Management Committee. The manager of an organisation is the person that is employed by the Board. They have a role that includes supporting the Board in a variety of ways.These resources look at the roles of the Board, the manager and other staff and how an effective relationship between the two can be forged for the benefit of the organisation.
