Employment Services - Strategic planning (Cluster G)
This learner resource represents a cluster of two competencies: • Manage organisational and strategic business planning • Forecast market and business needs. A range of related issues and concepts are discussed, all of which orient towards strategy – planning, anticipating, forecasting and innovating. A cluster approach is used as a way of better organising our thinking (and by extension, the ‘internal architecture’ of this learning resource). By clustering competencies, we are able to present information in a manner that avoids duplication and offers the opportunity for a more holistic assessment process.
