Employment Services - Planning for employment (Cluster A)

This learner resource represents a cluster of three competencies: • Provide Career Guidance • Research and Report upon Labour Market Information • Develop and Monitor Employment Plans.  A range of related issues and concepts are discussed, all of which can be characterised as foundation skills for working in the industry. These basics can be considered an "essential toolkit’’ for those working in the industry. A cluster approach is used as a way of better organising thinking (and by extension, the ‘internal architecture’ of this learner resource). Through clustering competencies, we are able to present information in a manner that avoids duplication and offers the opportunity for a more holistic assessment process.
