Active Educator Journal
Having highly skilled, committed and motivated educators benefits all education and care services. Developing and maintaining skills, commitment and motivation is part of a career-long process which involves all educators engaging in self-evaluation and developing a commitment to career-long learning.
TAFE SA’s Active Educator Journal has been created to support self-evaluation and reflective practice. This user-friendly tool helps educators document and analyse their thoughts and feelings, and can be used as a prompt to aid discussion and professional inquiry with the intent of promoting contemporary practices in early childhood education and care settings.
