Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
Everyone needs to be aware of the relative power that children have to influence their world compared to the adults with whom they have contact. Although this power increases with age, it is always less than that of adults. People who work with children must be especially aware of their obligation to ensure that children's rights are respected and protected.
