Whatever a customer's reason for visiting a store, they want to buy the product that best suits their needs at the best possible price. You will need to know your products, be able to match a particular product to their needs by selling the features and benefits, close the sale and look for opportunities to offer other products to complement the sale. You will need to gain knowledge about the product range in your store so that you can provide the right advice to customers and answer any questions they might have.
