Work Within a Massage Framework (Health HLT07)

Massage is considered to be a Complementary Therapy. When massage therapy is applied with the right intent, skill and caring touch, it can bring about positive responses within the body, mind and spirit of an individual. Any therapy that seeks to promote this harmony is regarded as holistic. This holistic approach to health and wellbeing is the central philosophy upon which massage treatments and indeed all other complementary therapies are based.

Provide Remedial Massage Treatment (Deep Tissue - Joint Mobilisation)

This complementary health massage DVD demonstrates how to apply techniques to mobilise the deep tissues of the body.
