Use Basic Asian Methods of Cookery
The Certificate III in Hospitality (Asian Cookery) is available to persons who wish to obtain a formal qualification in cookery. The course content has been divided into a series of training units which cover all the subject areas offered in the Commercial Cookery course. This training unit is one of this series, providing a comprehensive learning and review program of the skills and knowledge required for recognition as a tradesperson cook.
