Provide Massage Treatment (Swedish Massage Incorporating Active / Passive Stretching and Transverse Friction)

This DVD demonstrates how to apply transverse friction techniques to superficial and deeper soft tissues of the body. It adds compression as another movement to expand on the 5 classical movements of Swedish Massage. The DVD also demonstrates active stretching techniques to enhance a client’s sensory perception of muscle elongation and focuses on the use of prone, supine and seated positions to stretch the soft tissue that crosses major joints.
