Description

With the use of three dimensional graphics and video footage this programme details the types, components, adjustment and maintenance of a spray gun. The programme is in four main sections:

Basic Spraying Principals: This section demonstrates the basic principals of a spray gun.

Spray Gun Components: In this section all the components and their functions are explained, including fan control, material control and set-up.

Adjusting the Spray Gun: This section demonstrates, air pressure adjustment, the correct procedure to maximise material flow and setting the correct fan pattern to suit the application.

Cleaning the Spray Gun: This section demonstrates the correct procedure, including back-flushing, strip-down, reassembly and lubrication. Occupational Health Welfare and Safety requirements are mentioned and demonstrated throughout the programme.
