Being a Stylist

Description

There are two major areas of styling: People and Object. In this course the focus will be on People. A ‘People Stylist’ is a person whose creative skills transform the ‘look’ of a person or aim to project a certain image. That may involve changing: • the hair • the makeup • the apparel • the overall image. An ‘Object Stylist’ uses their creative skills to transform the ‘look’ of objects such as photo objects eg merchandise and enclosed environment, creating a photogenic interior.
