Carry Out Servicing Operations

Servicing of the motor vehicle is an important and complex job that is the foundation of the mechanical repair industry. This module will introduce students to the broad range of vehicle service procedures and help them to develop the skills necessary to read and interpret workshop service manuals, lubrication guides and computer-based information programs. As an apprentice, students will cover the individual service operations in more detail as they work their way through each individual repair unit.
