Receive and Process Reservations - Cert III in Hospitality
This learner guide deals with the skills and knowledge required to receive and process reservations for a tourism/hospitality product or service offered for sale to agents and customers. Students will be introduced to the reservations department and role played by reservations staff. They will look at the room types, services and facilities offered by accommodation venues and learn the procedures and information required to make reservations including determining availability and using manual reservations systems.
