World of Bartending - Cert III in Hospitality
This learning guide has been designed to assist students with the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to carry out bar operations in a range of hospitality enterprises. It involves the service of a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages commonly found in a bar. This resource will also provide basic knowledge and behaviours required to process simple financial transactions in a range of workplace contexts. Cash and other types of transactions are included. It applies to individuals working in a frontline service role whose job role includes accepting and processing payments for services and reconciling takings at the end of a given service period.
