Malaysia is a plural society with a rich cultural heritage based on the different cultures, cuisine and traditions which constitute the Malaysian society. The module is designed to provide you with an understanding of the combination of cultures and food and be able to differentiate from one cuisine to another. The contents of the module include food preparation, cooking methods and food presentation.
