This learner resource represents a cluster of four competencies – • Work in the employment services area • Work with other services • Gather and analyse information • Monitor service performance in a purchaser/provider relationship with government. We are using a cluster approach as a way of better organising our thinking (and by extension, the ‘internal architecture’ of this learning resource).
